for all! Beautiful two bedroom with King-size bed in master with
private bath and view of the ocean and the Halifax River. The second
bedroom has one queen and one double bed with private bath and a
breathtaking view of the ocean. Our 14th floor balcony overlooks the
world's most famous beach with a stunning sunrise view AND city lights 
view over the Halifax River. Bring your bathing suit, toothbrush and
sunscreen~we've thought of everything else! Full-sized appliances in
the kitchen and all linens are provided. We've also got beach toys
for the kids, beach chairs and an umbrella for your use. Peck Plaza
has just undergone a multi-million dollar renovation and has many of
the amenities that you can only get at expensive resorts: secured
parking in an underground garage, Restaurant and Lounge in the
building, adult and kiddie pools, hot tub, lighted tennis court,
basketball and shuffleboard courts, gas grill. Walk to many fine
dining and casual restaurants OR after a wonderful day on the
beach, take the private elevator to the 29th floor to
dine at the Top of Daytona Restaurant! Enjoy a stunning, panoramic
view of Daytona while dining or just go up for Happy Hour from 4 to 6
p.m. daily (except Mondays). Many fun things to do just a short walk
or drive away, such as go carts, miniature golf, arcade, boardwalk,
casino gambling boat, fishing trips and jet ski rentals. Head to the
Sunglow fishing pier and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner at Crabby
Joe's. Many other great restaurants in the area. Just a short drive to
the Daytona International Speedway and the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse!

library, two saunas. We supply beach towels, beach toys for the little
ones, as well as chairs and a beach umbrella. Peck Plaza has the
largest two-level sun deck on the beach where you will find a swimming
pool,hot tub,kiddie pool,tennis court, and plenty of room to sun
bathe. Building has just undergone a multi-million dollar renovation,
and is ready for you to enjoy!

Mouse is just 77 miles away, Cape Canaveral is 45 minutes away. Just a

restaurant and bar - The Top of Daytona! Vendors on the beach offer
everything from hot dogs to ATV's to luxurious beach chairs and

The Shores Resort and Spa, offering spa services and fine dining.
Please add 12.5% tourism tax and $75 cleaning fee.
$200 security deposit gladly refunded provided unit is returned just
the way you found it! No smoking in unit, no pets, plenty of parking.

Rates vary from $800 to $1250 per week, depending on season
and length of stay. Rates are for up to six people, no pets and no
smoking. Rates do not include 12.5% Florida tax and $75 cleaning fee. Bike and Race event weeks are higher than published rates.

Damage Deposit is $200.00, which is gladly refunded if the condo
is returned to us just as you found it.
