The Getaway at Lake Placid in Seguin

The Getaway at Lake Placid offers it all! Security and privacy are a
plus with a gated entrance. There is always plenty to do! You and
your guests will enjoy a full-size regulation slate pool table, ping-pong
table, tabletop shuffleboard and 32" flat screen TV in a large game room.

If movies are more to your liking, sit back and relax in the
beautiful media room featuring a 42" flat screen TV (HD Cable) and a
DVD/Video player. An assortment of videos and DVDs are provided as
well as a number of board games.

The two-story boat dock is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the
view -- or bring your boat and jet skis for fun in the water! And
for those of you who are musically inclined there is even a piano!

When it's time to eat you can choose to cook on the outdoor
grill/smoker - or in the fully equipped kitchen. And there is ample
seating for all the guests - a small breakfast table in the kitchen,
a large dining table in the dining room and a table and chairs on
the patio as well as on the upper deck of the boat dock!

Need to get some work done? Everything you need is provided - WIFI,
printer, & 2 computers in a business center located upstairs.

A huge great room with fireplace and a wall of windows overlooking
the lake is the perfect place to enjoy the evening. When you are
ready to retire you can choose from 3 bedrooms upstairs. The master
bedroom has 2 queen sized beds. The second bedroom has two full-
sized beds and the third bedroom has one queen sized bed. All three
bedrooms open to the balcony overlooking the lake. There are also 2
futon sleepers and a sleeper sofa in the great room!!

A complimentary tour of the lake aboard our beautiful pontoon boat is
included for you and your guests.

If additional privacy is needed, an onsite cottage (sleeping 4-6) is available
for a small fee.

The Getaway at Lake Placid is conveniently located 25 miles from the
San Antonio Riverwalk, Sea World & Fiesta, Texas and less than 20
miles from Schlitterbahn & Gruene. Rated one of the 10 best golf
courses in Texas, The Bandit is a short 10 minute drive away. A municipal
golf course is located just 5 minutes away. 10 FREE tennis courts are
available just a short 6 minute drive away. Tennis lessons are also available -

Tanger Outlet Mall- only 25 miles from The Getaway at Lake Placid. The
drive to the state capital (Austin) is 50 miles and Houston is 165 miles
