makes us ideal for surf fishing on the adjacent national seashore or 
for visits to the Fort Matanzas National Monument, numerous area golf 
courses, as well as, short day trips to Disney, Epcot, MGM, Universal 
Studios, the Kennedy Space Center.

Summer (5/31/08 - 8/16/08): $1100 wk 

Fall (8/16/08 - 12/31/08): $800 wk - $1600 mth

2009 RATES

Winter/Spring (12/31/08 - 5/23/09): $900 wk - $2200 mth

Summer (5/23/09 - 8/31/09): $1200 wk

A $85.00 cleaning fee for all lengths of stay.

A security fee of $300.00 will be collected within 2 weeks of 
making reservation to hold dates.

9% vacation tax is added to all rates.
