A few minutes away you can go kayaking through the thousand islands,
or go deep sea fishing,or catch the casino boat running twice daily.

Security deposit $300.00 Due with reservation (held until reservation is complete)
Florida 11% sales tax and**$75.00 cleaning fee is charged on all
rentals. (due 30 days prior with rent)

How it works:
Once I have confirmed the dates you are interested in reserving,you
have two options:
Option 1:
I can email you the contract. Acceptance of the terms and conditions
can be emailed back to me. The $300.00 security deposit needs to be mailed and received within 5 days of your acceptance . Refund of the security deposit are subject to contract provisions and normally will be processed within 7-10 days after your stay.  Payment for Rent is due 30 days prior to your stay. Once final payment is made, you will be emailed the lock box combination. The lock box is located on the front door. This will give you keys to the condo, pool area, and beach access.

Option 2:
I can mail you the contract. When you receive it, sign it, make a
copy for yourself, and mail it back with the security deposit check of $300. Refund of the security deposit are subject to provisions of the contract and normally take about 7-10 days. 30 days prior to your stay you will need to make your final payment. Once I've received your full payment, I will email you the combination to the lock box which is located on the front door of the condo. This will give you keys to the condo,pool area, and beach access.

Upon arrival, a welcome book will have your car pass along with helpful information, restuarant favorites, etc. Please hang the car pass inside your vehicle to identify you are a welcomed guest.
