Vacation Rental Description

Lovely canal front home located in Marathon with a private pool and 
dockage. Beautifully decorated and equipped throughout. 75' of 
dockage and almost immediate access to the open gulf. Ocean access is 
via Vaca Cut.

This home offers three bedrooms, one of which is a master suite with 
a king size bed, private bath and access to the screen porch. The 
second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a hall bath with the third 
bedroom which has two twin beds. Every bedroom has a TV and a large 
screen system is in the living area. The kitchen, dining and living 
area all open to the screen porch. The pool is canalside of the home 
and can be heated to 85 degrees in the winter months for an additional
charge of $150.00 per week.
