Vacation Rental Description

This fabulous pool home is located on a saltwater canal with direct access to the Intracoastal 5 
minutes away. Unique location provides view looking DOWN the canal, rather than looking across into 
neighbor's backyard.  Very private and quiet.  Interior and furnishings recently updated. This home 
is tastefully decorated and has a warm and inviting feel. See additional photos at bottom.  Included 
with this home is a 42" HDTV, digital cable with On Demand Pay-per-movies, DVD player, I-Pod 
docking station and high speed internet for evenings and time spent indoors. Flat/glasstop range 
with overhead microwave and side by side refrigerator with ice and water on door.  
The screened-in back porch has table and chairs for outdoor dining and an outdoor refrigerator for 
poolside beverages. Gas grill on pool deck, pool rafts and toys, chaise lounge chairs, beach towels 
and 2 adult bicycles are provided.  Additionally, all household supplies (papertowels, dish soap, 
laundry soap, etc.) is also provided, so you only need to buy food! It has everything you need to 
feel as comfortable as your own home. 

Whether you're looking for a relaxing place to spend a long weekend or longer you will not be 
disappointed. Come enjoy the peaceful sights and sounds of pelicans,egrets,and the occasional 
dolphin all from your backyard. Home has private dock with covered boatlift, water and electric for 
those who bring their own boat. This home has 3 bedrooms (with EXTREMELY comfortable beds)and 2 
baths:

Master-King sized bed (PILLOW TOP mattress).  Private bathroom.  Overlooks canal.
2nd bdrm- Queen sized bed (PILLOW TOP mattress).
3rd bdrm- 2 twins sized beds
Washer and dryer provided. Updated kitchen has updated appliances/stainless and granite 
countertops. 
High speed internet connection is provided in 2nd bedroom with desk. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Numerous championship golf courses nearby.
Beaches are close by. 
European Village shopping/restaurants are within biking distance, as well as paved bike path along 
intracoastal. Bikes provided.
Great fishing right from your own dock.  No fishing license is required.

Local Activities: Golf,boating,fishing (inshore/offshore), kayak rental nearby, 
tennis, shopping, sight-seeing (historic St. Augustine is 30 minutes 
north, Orlando is 90 minutes to attractions,NFL- Jacksonville is 1 
hour north (Jaquars), Daytona/Nascar 30 minutes south. World Golf 
Village 30 minutes north in St. Augustine.

Fully furnished including utilities  (Cleaning fee additional and based on length of stay)
Rates good through September 2008.  Please check calendar link at top 
of page for unit availability.  Pets MAY be allowed based on prior approval ONLY!  Additional 
cleaning fee assessed based on breed.

Weekly: $950 per week
Monthly rate: $2,300
