Vacation Rental Description

Simply one of the very best oceanfront properties in Costa Rica.  
Private hilltop, 180-degree oceanfront view home (great sunsets and  
ocean breezes). Large 2800 square foot, single-level, ceramic  
floors, hand-carved cedar doors, private pool, guard, daily maid  
service, computer with free Internet access, three ocean kayaks(2  
singles and 1 tandem), professional ping-pong table, Foosball table,  
phone for local calls, satellite TV, flat screen TV, DVD player,  
electronic safe, Fishing poles and tackel, Full Kitchen, and washer  
and dryer included. A cook is available for an extra charge. 
 
Situated on a safe (Blue Flag) secluded picturesque beach, centrally  
located within the most popular beach area in Costa Rica. Near Jaco  
(9 miles away) and the Los Suenos Marriott Golf and Marina Resort.  
Swimming pool, large covered patio with barbecue by pool and large  
covered front porch on house (with large dinning table) overlooking  
ocean and sunsets, volleyball net, climbing peg board, long tire  
swing, tightrope, soccer area and tetherball for the kids, located  
on one and a third fenced acres with 110 yards of beach frontage.  
There are Mango, Papaya, Banana, Coco palms, Orange, Apple, and  
Lemon trees and other trees that are 100 to 200 years old on the  
property with lots of birds and wildlife. Easy safe stair access to  
the beach. 
 
Our beach is very quiet and peaceful with only twelve families  
living on it. Our beach is a Blue Flag beach (the closest such beach  
from San Jose and one of only 3 in this whole central Pacific area).  
Costa Rica awards the blue flag to the country's cleanest and safest  
beaches. One can walk on the beach for a beautiful shady (before  
9am) 2 miles. A 15 minute drive to the south or to the North will  
put you within range of a lot of Costa Rica’s finest attractions and  
activities as listed below.

High Season      (Nov. 23 - April 30) ... $1800/week .. $260/night. 
Low  Season 2008 (May 01 - Nov. 20)   ... $1500/week .. $215/night.  
December 17 - 23rd, 2008              ... $2100/week .. $300/night. 
 
Above rates are for up to 12 persons. 
For more than 12 persons add $12 per/night per/person.
