Oceanfront Condo on no Drive Beach in New Smyrna Beach

Relaxation, sun, beach, sand and surf. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths.
It has a balcony off the living room and master bedroom with
absolutely incredible ocean views. Full kitchen, sofa bed in the
living room. Guest bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Condo complex is newly renovated and has big seasonally heated pool,
kiddy pool and club house. Close to shopping, golfing, fishing,
boating and Canaveral National Seashore. Shuffleboard on premises,
basketball and hand ball courts next door. Laundry on floor, 2
elevators.

New Smyrna Beach is the "Old" Florida type town. Plenty
of casual dining with many great restaurants. Canaveral National
Seashore is 7 minutes down the road where you can watch NASA launch
rockets and the space shuttle! Plenty of kayaking, surfing, sailing,
sunbathing steps out the door!
Old Flagler Avenue has shops, ice cream, surf shops and
restaurants. You can also take your car to
the North end of the beach and cruise on the driving beach.
The surfing is some of the best on the East Coast of the USA!
You can bike on the flat beach or bike in Canaveral National
Seashore as well.
Families return to this area year after year because of the
location, affordability, and wonderful family atmosphere.

January - April: $1100/week, $2,200/month
May - mid June: $900/week $2,000/month
Mid June - August: $1150/week, $2,300/month
Sept. - December: $900/week, $2,200/month

We typically rent from Saturday to Saturday. We will make exceptions
when scheduling permits. However, in high season this may not be
possible.
Deposit due upon reservation. We take personal checks (must clear
before confirmed), certified check or money order, or PayPal.
Please note: Florida state and county taxes do apply.
$200 refundable security deposit is also due upon reservation, and
may not be applied to rental fee.
Additional $85 cleaning fee and $10 admin. fee.
