with barbeque grill. Steps to the beautiful, white sand beach and
clear blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
We are located in the primarily residential, historic community of
Pass-a-grille, at the southern end of St Pete Beach. No heavy
traffic, no high rise buildings, just peaceful beauty and a relaxed
ambiance.

Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, includes microwave, coffee
maker and filters, toaster, elecric kettle, full size refrigerator with ice maker, self-cleaning electric stove, dishwasher. Dining area has large glass-top table and four chairs.
Living room has a couch and two comfy chairs, entertainment center
with cable TV and CD/DVD player, coffee table.
Bedroom has a king bed and large closet, as well as flat screen cableTV.
Iron and ironing board included.
Bathroom has plenty of closet space, a tub/shower, and vanity sink.
Hair dryer provided.
Ceiling fans throughout cottage, and central AC/heat.
Wireless internet access is available inside and outside the Cottage

at no additional charge.

Barbeque grill and lots of seating available on private patio.

Beach chairs and towels available.

Some housekeeping provided:  once during a weeklong stay/weekly for longer stays.

Three-night minimum stay required year round.   Rates do not include 12% Florida state and county taxes.
