We are pleased to offer you our home that will undoubtedly help make your Orlando vacation both relaxing and memorable. It is located in the quiet residential community of Sunrise Lakes, on US27, just 1 mile north of 192.

Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathrooms home is beautifully decorated Floridian style and offers all the comfort and amenities necessary to make your vacation unique.

We take pride in our home and all that it offers - that is what differentiates us from the many homes available in the area!

We have a private pool than can be heated, with spacious lanai furnished with lounge chairs, table and four chairs which allows for outdoor enjoyment year round. Charcoal BBQ is provided at no extra charge.  Nice neon light makes nighttime swimming a pleasure.

Our converted garage serves as the Games Room and provides Pool Table, Air Hockey and Foosball table and Dart Game. We also have a wide array of Disney and other children’s movies as well as board games for the entire family to enjoy.

The spacious living room has big screen TV, with digital cable box and a DVD/VCR player. Dining Room offers seating for 6 and the fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast nook.  Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender and all cooking and eating utensils are provided.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, TV with cable connection, a desk with cable/modem high speed internet access (for your laptop), phone and clock radio. En-suite bathroom offers tub and separate shower, double sinks, as well a spacious walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a full size bed, while the third and fourth bedroom each have two twin size beds. One of these bedrooms has a TV with the Game Cube and PS2 video game consoles to keep your children entertained. A variety of video games provided.

A fish themed decorated second bathroom adjacent to the second (with full bed) and third bedroom.

We provide a high chair, stroller and playpen/crib at no extra charge.

WiiFii access throughout the house and pool area!

Just 10 minutes from Disney World, 25 minutes to Sea World and Universal. Restaurants and shops at walking distance. State Park just 5 minutes away, great for fishing and hiking.

A VERY Merry Christmas!!

We have family in the Orlando area that we were visiting for the Christmas holiday. Their home is too small to accommodate the whole family so we decided to rent a home nearby...what a smart decision on our part! This home was everything we could've possibly wanted. There was plenty of room, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the kids LOVED the garage/game area!!! We decided to have the pool heated too; even though it was cold in Central Florida at the time. The owner and property manager were able to get the water temp to around 82...so even though it was cold outside the pool was perfect!!! The home's owner was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with!!! We would rent this property again in a heartbeat!!!

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway

We stayed here for one week and loved it. The sprawling ranch was a great layout for everyone to have their privacy (my mom came with us) and the neighbourhood was even better than I expected, restaurants, shopping and grocery were all walkable. The drive to Disney was literally around the corner. The caretaker is amazing. He was available and it was comforting to know that he was so close by- he added the extra appeal and service to the house. The pool was great- the patio, the entertainment factors..Seriously , my kids are 5 and 8 years old and they have talked about the "house" more than anything... Could have skipped the parks..(maybe...) and just stayed at the house for the week - which is what we will do next time we book as everyone was overjoyed by the house and all its ammenities. Patricia was a joy to communicate with and was prompt with all information and correspondance. We felt like it was home or being welcomed by family in Florida...

We spent 10 weeks in this wonderful home. It was perfect. So close to all the attractions. Grocery store, Walmart everything just minutes away. We discovered Lake Eola, Celebration and Historical Clermont. We can't wait to visit again next year. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
