Sleeps 5+ (2nd bedroom now has 3 single beds, 2 set-up as "bunk
beds").

Perfect for weekly rental (we do NOT rent for anything less) anytime
of the year, or winter ski season rentals; 4 streets up from the
beach; 5 minute walk! Great family summer retreat with community
beach, dock, and swimming. Great yard for kids to play in no matter
if summer or winter!

35 minutes from Concord, 5 minutes from I-89 and 7 minutes to New London.

LOCATION:
Your vacation home is only 35 minutes northwest from Concord - New
Hampshire's state capitol. Newbury is at the southern most tip of
Lake Sunapee, and only 8 short minutes from Mt. Sunapee Ski Resort.
Manchester-NH airport is approximately 45 minutes to the south;
Boston's Logan airport is approximately 90 minutes south.

Portsmouth and NH's beaches are only an hour east of Concord, while
Canada's Quebec City is approximately 5 hours north.

Directions to the cottage from I-89:
I-89 North from Concord for 25 minutes - take Exit #11 (King
Hill Road), turn left at bottom of ramp - go 2.5 miles until stop
sign (Rt 103A) - turn left - go 1.3 miles and turn right onto
Blodgett Landing Road (big hanging sign!) - go 0.1 mile and turn right onto
Perry Court - 3 Perry Court is a white cottage atop a small hill - the second
property on your right.

Your cottage has a cozy living room with a wood fireplace, bonus
room and 2 car insulated garage, full kitchen with microwave,
toaster, coffee maker, utensils and plates!

Bonus room has new 20" flat screen TV with DVD/VHS so bring some
movies! Plenty of kid movies already there, but bring more if you
like. No cable. Living room has small CD player and lots of games to
play with the family!

New washer/dryer stacked unit in storage room in garage. Bedrooms have AC in the summer - cottage is
propane forced-air and
heated during the winter! - BBQ is propane - yard games in the
garage for summer enjoyment and sleds in the winter for snow fun!

Your driveway will be plowed in the winter as needed at renter's
expense.

SUMMER: Summer in Blodgett's Landing is a special time! You have
access to the community dock and beach to swim and relax, or you can
hike one of the many trails surrounding the area. You could rent a
boat or jet ski from a local marina, or take water-skiing lessons! Rent
from us and we will get you all the information on these activities you need!

Hiking and exploring close by with easy access to highways. Don't
miss The Fells estate just down the street for beautiful stately
gardens and John Hays' 1891 summer home! Learn more about this beautiful
Victorian summer estate!

If shopping is your way to "relax" then you will enjoy one of the
many shops in the town of New London (just 10 minutes away)

FALL: Super fall foliage location. Lots of nearby fall festivals and
activities including the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen's Festival in August.

WINTER: Great snow skiing at nearby award-winning Mt. Sunapee Ski
Resort(less than 10 minutes away). Call for discounted ski season rates!

$900/week + 8% NH rental taxe. Significant discounts for winter ski season
rentals!

Security deposit required w/reservation on all signed contracts and
collected by our property manager.

and issues related to the property.

Pets: per discretion of owner based on pet size, breed, etc. One
small sized pet may be OK; pet deposit may be required, to be
refunded if no pet cleaning is required or damage is sustained
(inside and
out).
