Enjoy your stay in the mountains of scenic Potter & Tioga Counties in this fully furnished small NON 
SMOKING 3 room chalet type house consisting of a bedroom with a "full" (double) size bed, living 
room with a full (double) size sofa bed and TV, eat in kitchen, and full bath. Kitchen is equipped 
with a refrigerator, gas range, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cooking & eating utensils, 
and light sundries (salt & pepper, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, dish detergent, etc.). Also features 
a wooden deck with a propane gas grill for outside grilling and dining or simply relaxing and 
enjoying the wooded scenery & fresh mountain air. Located just outside Galeton, Pa. and within 30 
minutes of Ski Denton ski resort, the Pa. Grand Canyon, Lyman Run State Park, Cherry Springs State 
Park & star gazing area, and numerous other State and private recreational facilities. Please be 
aware that although clean & comfortable, this is not a motel and there will be no daily room service 
except on an "as needed" basis. Facility will be ready for occupancy upon your arrival with freshly 
laundered linens & towels provided at that time.

$60.00 per day with 2 day minimum. We are not a business, and therefore, are not equipped to accept 
credit cards. Because of that, advance payment in the form of cash, check or money order will be 
required.
