The luxury condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and tiled living room, dining area and kitchen. The Master bedroom with a walk-in closet has a king size bed and adjoining dressing area as well as a private bath with a whirlpool tub and glass enclosed shower.  From the master bedroom there is also access to the lanai. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and its own private bath.The Living Room with access also to the lanai has a queen size sleeper sofa, and a separate wet bar with a sink and ice maker. The dining table seats 6 and a breakfast bar has 2 bar stools. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has beautiful granite countertops.There is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Another 1/2 guest bath completes the layout of the condo.
