Vacation Rental Description
This approximately 2700 square foot home overlooks the lake
providing a gorgeous view. It features two living areas, one on
each level, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The home comfortably sleeps 8-
10 people in an upper level containing master bedroom and full bath
and a second bedroom. Both rooms have a queen bed. Lower level has
a bedroom with two twin beds, family room with a sofa sleeper, full
bath, laundry room, fireplace, and wet bar. A second queen size
sofa sleeper is in the sunroom. Upper level deck is wrap around and
lower level patio is cement.
Vacation Rental Amenities
Home boasts cable television, washer & dryer, central heating and
air conditioning, gas grill and fully equipped kitchen.
Activities and Attractions
Homes on the water allow for boating, fishing and swimming along
with all the other lake area activities. Some of these include
dining, shopping, movie theater, state parks, caves, go-karts,
bowling, water park, etc.
Vacation Rental Rates
2006 In-Season Rates (May 1 thru Sept 30)
$275/night or $1650/week (7th night free!)
2006 Off-Season Rates (Jan 1 thru April 30 and Oct 1 thru Dec 31)
$200/night or $1200/week (7th night free!)
Rates are based on 8 people. For each additional person add
$10/night. Until reservation has been confirmed, rates are subject
to change without notice.
