Vacation Rental Description

Luxury condo on the beach. Brand new built in 2007. 2,200 square 
feet beautifully furnished located on S. Atlantic Ave.The unit is on 
the second floor, same floor as the club room, health center and 
media room. Unit has very large wrap around balcony with views of the courtytard 
and Atlantic Ave.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen 
tv, master bath, linens and towels. Sliding glass doors to the 
oversized patio.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with linens and towels with 
sliding glass doors to access the patio.
Living room is fully furnished including sofa bed and a flat 
screen tv with a lovely fireplace. Sliding glass doors also exit to 
the patio.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and 
utensils.
Private washer and dryer in unit.
Everything you need for a luxurious home away from home.
No smoking permited.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Must see the oversized patio with large kitchen grill.
Feel free to use the common health and fitness center with sauna. 
Feel free to use the common club room overlooking the 
ocean.
During the day enjoy the oversized oceanside pool, sun deck and 
jacuzzi on the other side of the pool 
The unit is just a few steps away from the media room, health and 
fitness center, and the club room.
Cable tv.
Reserved garage parking.  

Activities and Attractions

Spend your day fishing, shopping or dining at Daytona Beach,the 
Daytona pier is just minutes away.  A drive north to St Augustine(45 
minutes). Drive south to Kennedy Space center (45 minutes).  Even 
enjoy Disney World or other attractions in Orlando(90 minute drive)

*Weekly and monthly rates available.

*Standard weekly rates $900.00 - $1,200.00 plus sales tax.
      Higher rates for special events and holidays.  Call for details.

*Standard monthly rates $1,500.00 -$2,500.00 plus sales tax
      Higher rates for special events and holidays.  Call for details.

              * Prices subject to change without notice*

*A security deposit of $500.00 is required for all
 reservations. Deposit is refunded within 7 days  of departure,  
 provided there is no damage.

*There is a $95.00 cleaning fee plus sales tax in addition to rates.

*Balance of lease is due 30 dys prior to arrival.


*Owner pays for all utilities.


*Cancellation:  Minimum notice required is 30 days.  If not received 
 in writing, the deposit will be forfeited.
