feet beautifully furnished located on S. Atlantic Ave.The unit is on
the second floor, same floor as the club room, health center and
media room. Unit has very large wrap around balcony with views of the courtytard
and Atlantic Ave. Our unit is does not have an ocean view.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, flat screen
tv, master bath, linens and towels. Sliding glass doors to the
oversized patio.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed with linens and towels with
sliding glass doors to access the patio.
Living room is fully furnished including sofa bed and a flat
screen tv with a lovely fireplace. Sliding glass doors also exit to
the patio.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and
utensils.
Private washer and dryer in unit.
Everything you need for a luxurious home away from home.
No smoking permited.

Must see the oversized patio with large kitchen grill.
Feel free to use the common health and fitness center with sauna.
Feel free to use the common club room overlooking the

*Cancellation: Minimum notice required is 30 days. If not received
in writing, the deposit will be forfeited.
