Beach Front Apartment in Santa Monica

Fully furnished 700 sq. ft. one bedroom ground floor apartment
in nearly new beach front building in Santa Monica. Bedroom has
queen size bed. Front room has two twin beds and a convertible
queen size sofa/bed.
Apartment has a full kitchen with microwave,dishwasher, beautiful
1948 O'keefe and Merritt stove, and near new refridgerator. The
bathroom has a bath/ shower, and there is an additional shower
outside for coming in off the beach. We have extra boogie boards
you may use for body surfing, beach chairs/umbrella, as well as
volleyball equipment for the court right outside the door. We also
have several bicycles you may use at no extra charge.

Please Note: A new house is under construction next door. I have been informed that work hours
are Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm.

Cable Tv/Dvd/Vcr. Wireless high speed internet(which usually works).
Full Kitchen(except
food). Linen and towels provided.
Washer/dryer in apartment. Bicycles/rollerblades.
Panoramic view out the french doors of the beach and ocean, Santa
Monica Pier,and mountains. Also very close to the Third St
Promenade, which has many restaurants, shops, and movies. The
coastal bicycle path is right outside the door.

Long walks on the beach, surfing, rollerblading, bicycling, Santa
Monica Pier/amusement park, beach volleyball, kite flying, nearby
shopping, restaurants, bookstores, etc.

$1400. per week, plus a $100 cleaning fee. Refundable security
deposit of $500.
50% reservation deposit to hold, balance due 14 days prior to
arrival date.
The minimum rental period is one week.
Rentals normally begin and end on Saturdays.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment
