Located just off Interstate 75 exit 220, River Strand borders the
Manatee River and is a short drive from the powdery white beaches of
Bradenton, Anna Maria Island and Sarasota.

The many attractions are also easily accessible ie Busch Gardens / Adventure Island (40 minutes) and Disney / Orlando (80 minutes).

For the shoppers bargains are to be found at the nearby Ellenton Prime Outlets with the more exquisite shops, cafes and fine restaurants at St Armands
Circle, Sarasota.

There are numerous golf courses within 10 - 15 minutes drive all of
which are of a high standard and incredibly good value. This area
is definitely a golfers paradise !

Bedroom 2 - A large bedroom overlooking the rear preserve area
with Queen size bed and walk in cupboards.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 good sized bedrooms with twin beds and walk in
cupboards in each.

Ideal for Snowbirds, active families, golfers or those just
wishing to relax in the Florida sunshine in great surroundings.

There is a large clubhouse offering both casual and fine dining
restaurants as well as spa and fully equipped gymnasium.

Within the Heritage Harbour there are River Strand and Stoneybrook
Golf Courses (both a really good test of golf at great value), basketball / soccer
facilities, walking / jogging / cycle tracks, canoeing / boating /
fishing lake, childrens playground and picnic area.

holes each offering variety and a true test for all standards.

Stoneybrook Golf Course (Semi Private)- A real test of golf played
through mature Preserve landscape, lakes and ponds.

The Links at Greenfield Plantation (Public)- A good public course
just down the road with open fairways but plenty of water / out of
bounds.

Waterlefe (Semi Private)- An absolute must ! It really is a
challenge for all levels of golfers offering 5 sets of tees. There
are some unforgettable holes carved alongside the scenic Manatee
River.

Rates from $1200 (£700) to $1800 (£1000) per week fully inclusive

Optional electric pool heating - $150 (£100) / week

Deposit of $300 / week required to secure booking

Price includes; local taxes, electricity, telephone / wireless broadband &
cleaning after departure.
