The following is a description of the room accomadation.
1st floor upstairs- King size bed in master bedroom with full bath & whirlpool tub & shower
Deck outside master bedroom. Loft on same floor -   trundle sleeps 2 and
extra sitting room with seasonal views of Lake Wallenpaupack. 
Two bedrooms on main level. One has 2  twin beds and the other has a double bed.
Full bath, kitchen, floor to ceiling fireplace in livingroom with open floor plan
and wrap around deck.
Third level bedroom - Two queen size beds with private bath. Den outside bedroom for more room
to stretch out. Twin size rollaway bed
FREE speed internet access.
Use of BBQ grill, patio set on deck , fire fit on along side os stream  dishwasher, microwave, 4tvs,vcr & dvd player with family cable. Linens and blankets included. Bring your own towels.
ABSOLUTLEY NO PETS & NO SMOKING.

Exercise a the Fitness Room and enjoy the INDOOR pool. Both approximately 300 ft from the house. Great in the winter months

Launch your boat from the community or rent a boat slip nearby.

This home has the closest access from the community to Lake Wallenpaupack. Across the street in a less traveled part of the community is a large U shaped dock with sitting areas and picnic tables.

All other seasons enjoy Deer Lake and Beaver
Lake. Both lakes have beach areas for swimming and
peddleboat/canoe docks. Two heated outdoor pools. Relax at the Rockledge
pool, mostly for adults snack bar or at the Beaver Lake Lodge olympic size
pool, kiddie pool & snack bar.
Fishing, jetski,& powerboats only in the "Big Lake". Tennis &
basketball courts. Softball field .Biking, and hiking.
