Ground Floor: Elegant tiled entry, two carpeted bedrooms, spacious full bathroom with large vanity countertop and tub/shower. Queen bedroom has a dresser, bedside table and lamp, large closet, television, ceiling fan and hooks to hang wet bathing suits or towels. Twin bedroom has two beds, television, ceiling fan, hooks to hang wet bathing suits or towels, and toys for the kids. Laundry room with super capacity washer and dryer, extra fridge, perfect for drinks at the pool or beach, and laundry sink.

Second Floor: Fully stocked, gourmet kitchen features a gulf view over the kitchen sink, granite countertops, fine cabinetry, stainless appliances, and an island with breakfast bar and 2 stools. The beautiful wood dining table can expand to fit 10 people for big family meals. The large, sun-filled great room with hardwood floors, a large TV, DVD, VCR, stereo and CD player, and ample comfortable seating, invites you to sit, relax and visit with family. The entertainment center is stocked with
many videos and DVD’s, puzzles, and games. French doors open onto the balcony – enjoy the sounds of the waves while reading a book or have dinner outside at the table and four chairs. The bunk room has one built-in bunk bed with two extra long twin mattress beds, a TV/VCR and a full bathroom with tub/shower.

Third floor: Large master suite with hardwood floors has a private balcony for magnificent gulf views. This very large bedroom features its own stereo, armoire, 2 bedside tables and lamps plus 2 comfortable chairs for relaxation. The master bath includes dual vanity sinks, Jacuzzi tub, and walk-in shower with gulf views. A second bedroom, which shares the master bath, has a queen bed & includes a TV, armoire and 2 bedside tables with lamps.

Outdoor Areas: Enjoy the warm water outside shower. Take a dip in your own private pool (heated to 86 degrees for an add'l $30, plus tax, per day) surrounded by a fence with safety latch and plenty of privacy among the oak trees. Gas BBQ
grill. Off street parking for 4 cars, including a double garage. There are a few beach chairs, beach toys, beach towels, beach bags and a garden cart to tote it all to the beach. This is a perfectly appointed beach home for two families or 10 adults to share.

Activities

An off-road paved path parallels all 18.6 miles of Scenic HW 30-A
and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of
Mexico. This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities,
state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail
is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading.

As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation.
Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of
networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that
stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.

Other activities include high end shopping, live music and theater
and a variety of restaurants.
