Away from the hustle & bustle of Scenic 30A, yet directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico in Seagrove Beach, you’ll find It’s All Good. With private pool and excellent views of the lake, beach & Gulf, It’s All Good is in a perfect location for your quiet family get-away, while just a short drive from all Scenic 30A has to offer. Sleeping up to 14 guests and just 120 walking steps to our famous sugar white sand beaches & Caribbean colored Gulf of Mexico, It’s All Good has 4 bedrooms, 4 baths & living areas for both the grown-ups and the kiddies.

The first floor of the home features a 1-car garage and benched entrance leading into the tiled hallway which takes you straight out to the fenced private pool area. On the left of the hallway, you’ll find the staircase leading to the upper floors and a shared full bathroom with tub/shower. To the right of the hallway is the carpeted kid’s den, featuring a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat sleeper, round coffee table with under-table stools & entertainment center which holds a 32” flat screen TV, BluRay/DVD player, stereo with CD & cassette & books for your reading enjoyment.

The 2nd floor is your entrance into It’s All Good. Large open porch with Adirondack seating looks toward the Gulf with beach & dune views. Enter the front door and walk into the comfortable, open living area with wood floors. Large living room features 2 separate seating areas: one which focuses on the entertainment armoire with 42” flat screen TV & BluRay/DVD player, the other a perfect conversation area ideal for reading or playing games. The dining area holds a long wooden table seating 8. The bright kitchen offers a breakfast bar with additional seating for 4, pantry, electric range, dishwasher, microwave & side-by-side fridge with in-door water & ice dispenser. An iPod docking station is on the bar for your listening pleasure, along with games & books for all tastes. Follow the wooden hallway to the rear balcony with Adirondack seating which overlooks the pool & lake. A full bathroom with tub/shower & dual sink vanity is in the hallway, which is shared by two bedrooms: The bunk room has 2 sets of bunk beds, both with double beds on the bottom and twin beds on top, ceiling fan, closet and between-bed table holding a 29” flat screen TV & BluRay/DVD player. The queen bedroom also has a 29” flat screen TV & BluRay/DVD player, bedside tables & lamps, dresser with mirror, ceiling fan & closet. Both bedrooms are carpeted & have windows overlooking the pool & lake.

The 3rd floor features a split-bedroom plan with the washer/dryer closet in the middle & wooden hallway leading to each room. Carpeted guest queen bedroom has a private tiled bath with tub/shower, loveseat sleeper, closet, ceiling fan, 32” flat screen TV, BluRay/DVD player, bedside tables and private balcony with Adirondack seating overlooking the pool & lake. The master suite features a large tiled bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower & dual sink vanity. Walk-in closet is carpeted & large enough for a pack-n-play. Carpeted bedroom holds king bed, bedside tables & lamps, chaise lounge, overstuffed chair with ottoman, ceiling fan, entertainment armoire with 32” flat screen

Outside: Private heated pool surrounded by concrete decking & multiple loungers, chairs, dining tables & side tables and gas grill. Private pavered walkway leads to the shoreline of the lake. Ample parking for 5 cars: 1 in the garage, plus 4 more in the two graveled drives.

Activities

An off-road paved path parallels all 18.6 miles of Scenic HW 30-A
and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of
Mexico. This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities,
state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail
is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading.

As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation.
Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of
networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that
stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.

Other activities include high end shopping, live music and theater
and a variety of restaurants.
