This Carey McWhorter designed home has incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico, an elevator to facilitate the elderly or handicapped, private courtyard with fountain, and fabulous kitchen with custom cabinetry. With three bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this home sleeps eight guests.

You will be able to enjoy private bedrooms and baths, two large common areas, two kitchens and two laundry rooms and at the same time while enjoying the same amenities and service you would receive at a 5-star hotel.

The rates are inclusive (with exception of taxes) and include 4 bikes, beach service setup (2 chairs with umbrella) and beach towels. You will have your own personal concierge who will meet you upon arrival and can assist you with advice on the area and activities that can be custom tailored to meet your needs and interests. Let us make your restaurant reservations, set up your golf tee time (including access to a local private course), arrange a baby sitter or have fresh flowers waiting for you on arrival. Note: Fees apply to some services such as grocery shopping, golf and other independent activities. Weekly rates also include a full mid week clean and the departure clean. Daily tidy ups can be arranged for an additional fee.

Ground Floor: Entry to an elegant private Italian style courtyard with cool bubbling fountain. Once inside, all floors are beautifully tiled, walls hand plastered, cypress beams hand honed and walls adorned with original artwork including several Justin Gaffrey paintings. Den/media room has sofa, side chair, coffee table, LCD TV, DVD and stereo and is stocked with games for the kids. Convenient wet bar provides sink, mini frig, coffee maker and microwave. Elegantly tiled hall bath has bubble tub / shower and vanity sink. Laundry room has super capacity washer/dryer and a shower with an outside entry – great to rinse off when coming up from the beach. Bunk bedroom has two bunks (four twins), closet, shelves and hooks for clothing storage. King bedroom has 2 bedside tables, 2 lamps, chest of drawers, side chair and LCD TV (**confirm TV). Private bathroom for this bedroom has vanity sink and shower.

Second Floor: Large country French style living room has gas log fireplace, two sofas, love seat, coffee table, three lamps, game table with four chairs, 52” LCD TV, Blueray DVD, and stereo with IPod dock. French doors off living room lead to large shuttered porch. Shutters can be opened to appreciate the lovely gulf views and breezes. This porch is outfitted with 4 teak chairs and 3 teak tables. Fully stocked gourmet kitchen has large dining table that seats eight, Viking gas range with central griddle, Sub-zero frig, two cooling drawers for drinks, dishwasher and microwave. Convenient powder room. Huge master bedroom suite has king bed, two bedside tables, two lamps, chest of drawers, side chair with table, gas log fireplace, LCD TV, and large closet. Additionally, there is a large private office in the master with a desk, wireless internet and gulf views for the person that still has to stay in touch with the office. This office is stocked with some basic office supplies for your convenience. Private master bath has his/hers vanity sinks, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Private porch off the master bedroom offers gulf views as well.

Outside: Two car garage with zero entry to elevator – fully wheel chair compatible. Elegant tiled courtyard with bubbling fountain. Gas grill. Home sits on boardwalk only one house from beach – 50 walking steps to the white sandy beaches of South Walton county.

Activities

An off-road paved path parallels all 18.6 miles of Scenic HW 30-A
and runs along the emerald green and blue waters of the Gulf of
Mexico. This path winds thru nine distinctive beach communities,
state parks, forests, dunes and coastal dune lakes. The paved trail
is ideal for biking, hiking, jogging and rollerblading.

As well, approximately 60% of our area is dedicated to preservation.
Hikers, bicyclists and nature lovers can enjoy over 200 miles of
networking trails that interlace thru state parks and forests that
stretch from the Gulf of Mexico to the Choctawhatchee Bay.

Other activities include high end shopping, live music and theater
and a variety of restaurants.
