The mater bedroom has a king size bed.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed.
The third bed room has a full and a single size bed.
There is also a seeper sofa in the livingroom.
We also have a roll away bed .


All towels,sheets,gourmet pots,pans,blender and every thing you need
to make you feel at home in our home. We have it all included. All
you need to bring are your personal item and your will to have a
great time.

Our condo is very open and bright looking.
The game room is large ,the kids will love it and will have a place
to play at night
The gym is state of the art and very clean.
Coastal Condo has the largest pool in the crest.
The Pool area is Large and Private. It Can Not be viewed from
the street.
Heated Pool--Hot Tub--Kiddie Pool all privacy fenced in for privace
and security.
It is surrounded by multi million dollar private homes in our
complex.

This unit can sleep between 8-10 people.
There are 2 covered private parking spots

All Bikes,beach chairs, and beach toys must be stored in our locked
storage. Bikes CAN NOT be left in the garage area at anytime.

Sheets and towels are included but MUST be washed,dried,folded,and
put back in the closet before checkout at 10:00am.

We rent to families or mature adults 25 years or older. NO PROMS,
SENIOR WEEK OR SPRING BREAK RENTALS.
