Tennis club on site must be joined or pay per play. There are public

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter Rates of December for $ 2000, January for $2600, February and 
March for $3000/month. Off-season rates for $1000/month. Utilities 
are included with exception of long distance calls and electric 
usuage over $100/month. Application fee to condo association is 
$ 75.00. Exit cleaning fee is $100.00. Sales tax on rent for lease 
terms under 6 months is 11.5% (same as hotel tax). Owner is Florida
