Country Living w/h Your Own Pool in Port Charlotte

This has a open house plan . Each bedroom has its own full bathroom.
It has 18" Florida floor tile in the entire house. All the linens
are supplied for the King size bed in the master bedroom & for the
spare double beds. There is a pull out couch . There is a Florida
room out the back with wicker
furiture - 2 rockers - 1 chair - love seat - & a coffee table . Out
side after leaving the Florida room is a screened in cage with a
porch 10'X16' & then there is the over sized pool with new diamond
bright finish to the surface. Bright white cool deck around the
pool. There are 4 T.V. one in the master bedroom & 1 in the living
room.One in the Florida room & 1 in the 2nd bedroom. The kitchen is complete with everything you need with a brand
new Ref & dishwasher. The washer & dryer are also brand new. I just
had a new air conditioner unit installed also. There is a 1 car
garage with an electric opener . New DVD Player with a 32" Flat
screen TV. Playstation for the kids.

The bigest attraction is the Gulf of Mexico - which is about an 8
minute ride too. At Englewood Beach there are many things to do
beside the Beach . Ball playing - Horse shoes - play ground for the
little one. Another nice thing is there are bathroom right on the
board walk. If you do go on the Beach - there is a shower there to
wash yourself off. They thought of everything. I allways take a 20
minute ride to Boca Grand Island . The Beach there is breathtaking .
Or Vience Beach is also 20 minute away . Sharkey's resturant is at
the pier where you can fish all day long if you wish. Don't forget
about the sunsets !!! Suppier Wall-Mart is a 2 minute ride.

Fishing is also a big thing to do around Englewood . There are to
many fishing charters to list. I have all that info at the house .
There is pictures of me also with a 5' Wahoo . There are many
resturants in the area. The Blue Lagoon is really wounderful.
Fisherman's Village is in Punta Gorda - 1/2 hr ride . There are many
litte shops there . Venice also has many shops in the older part of

happy to send them to you.There are 43 Public Golf Courses in the
area - Riverwood - a 4 1/2 Star Course is just a 10 minute ride .
Charlotte County Sports Complex is just a 10 minute ride down on rt
776 .

Jan to April - is $800 a week - 28 days = $2800 + tax of 10% total
is 3080
May to Sept 30th  is $500 a week - 28 days = $1500 + $150 tax  $75 cleaning fee=$1,725

Oct 1 to 31 is $600 a week - 28 days = $1,800 +$180 tax  $75 cleaning fee=$2,055
Nov & Dec is $700 a week - 28 days $2,200 +$220 tax  $75 cleaning fee -   November & December  are  unpredictable months - if  want the heater on = $50 a week extra

$200 deposit at booking to hold the time you want does not go
