Beautiful 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home with a unique indoor / outdoor style pool. Home is in an upscale gated community on a half acre lot, and surrounded by mostly 5-6 acre lots. There is a small grove with Papayas & Banannas on the back part of the lot.

Master and second bedroom both have King Size Beds; 3rd bedroom has a
queen. Floor futons and sleeping bags available for kids.

Note: some areas of this home open up onto the pool; kids should be supervised at all times.

We help with a SAFE financial transaction for BOTH sides :  No damage deposits to worry with. Your initial e-mails are welcome, but we will  require a telephone  chat before we  finalize any  contract.

We live, work, mail and bank within 4 miles from this home.  TERMS: only $25 on bookings more than 100 days out, with  25% 90 and 60 days out. The balance of 50% just 20 days before arrival. We  can arrange an arrival payment.
