surrounded by mostly 5-6 acre lots. There is a small grove with 
Papayas & Banannas on the back part of the lot. 
 
Master and second bedroom both have King Size Beds; 3rd bedroom has a 
queen. Floor futons and sleeping bags available for kids.   
 
Living area has confy sectional sofa, and large Flat Panel Widescreen 
TV with HD and Digital Cable.   
 
Gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, granite counter tops, luxury 
appliances like a Wolf stove, and more...  
 
Great Location!  Home is just around the corner from popular 
Whitesands / Magic Sands beach.  Also a short drive to town or Keauhou.

* Kids Stay Free! We have baby items such as high chairs, day cribs, 
and umbrella strollers available on request. Beach toys, cartoon 
sheets, and kids viedos for older kids are also available at many of

* Lots of Extras provided at many of our homes - beach equipment like 
boogie boards, coolers, beach towels & mats, beach chairs, and swim 
noodles. Cable TV, DVD or VCR, stereo, phone, Wireless Internet. 
Kitchens & Kitchenettes are stocked with plenty of small appliances, 
plastic bags & foil, condiments, lots of utentsils, dinner & cookware. 
On site laundry facilities and we provide the soap / fabric softener. 
Also, your own gas grill for BBQ, Burgers, & Fish. Extra refridgerator 
in the garage.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates: $250 to $425 / night. Rates vary based on season, length of 
stay, and number in party. Special rates may apply for Ironman and 
Christmas. Please add 11.42% Hawaii state tax and the one time only 
cleaning fee of $151.03.
