   A wall of windows from this newly decorated Schooner Ct. townhome 
looks out on a gorgeous view of the marsh and Calibogue Sound. The 
patio is the perfect peaceful place to view dolphin, egrets and 
other wild life. Steps out the front door is vibrant Harbour Town 
with the signature lighthouse, shops and restaurants and nightlife. 
Famous Harbour Town Links of the Heritage Golf Tournament fame is 
just 2 minutes. 
   Whether your interests run to tennis, miles of white sandy beach, 
biking, golfing, shopping or the pool, it is all here at your 
fingertips. 
   The villa is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2 story with parking right 
out front. It is beautifully and totally equiped. One bedroom is 
twin beds with en suite bath and the other bedroom is a king that 
can be made into twins with bath. It has a reading nook. There is a 
downstairs powder room. 
   The kitchen has all new appliances including microwave and a 
washer and dryer. There is a gas grill on the patio. There are TV's 
in all rooms including the kitchen and DVD and VHS players. The 
living room and dining room are decorated in shades inspired by the 
marsh and water and comfortably accommodate 6.
