Beach Posey is an exquisite 3 bedroom beach home located in Cypress
Dunes next to Topsail State Preserve. The Topsail beach has been
called the most pristine in the state of Florida. Beach Posey has an
open floor plan with kitchen ,dining and living areas in one big
room with a great flat screen Tv and fireplace. It has a king sized
bed in the master suite with a whirlpool tub and walk in shower and
direct access to a screened porch. The other bedrooms have a queen
bed and two twins with their own bathrooms and there is a bunk area
between the upstairs rooms with two bunks. The house is decorated
beautifully and is perfect for a relaxing summer vacation or long
weekend in the fall. I guarantee it!
Vacation Rental Amenities
Cypress Dunes has a beautiful Clubhouse with a 95 foot infinity
pool and breathtaking views of the Topsail State park and the Gulf
of Mexico. There is a large jacuzzi tub and state of the art fitness
Center as well as two private tennis courts all of this surrounding
a wonderful grassy park for kids to play. Finally Cypress Dunes
provides free private shuttle service to the beach access point.
