beautifully decorated old style Florida home……this lovely 2 bedroom 2 
Bathroom Private Home is located right on Lemon Bay. This home has a 
dock for your boating pleasure or for those that like the option of 
dropping a line in the water whenever they please! The Gulf of Mexico 
is available by walking 300ft or your can drive a ½ mile to Englewood 
Beach.  New Pool installed December 2008
There is also two 1 bedroom 1 bath furnished apartments on the 
property next door should you have additional guests. Please inquire 
as to monthly and weekly rates.
You are also only minutes from shopping, Grocery Stores and 
Hospitals.

Vacation Rental Rates

Available all Year:
May Through December: $2,900/$850 Weekly
January & April:      $4,000/$1,100 Weekly 
February & March:     $4,500/$1,300 Weekly
Discounts available for more than one month booking
Non refundable cleaning fee of $75
Non refundable cleaning fee with Pets $100
Security Deposit of $500 is due upon making your Reservation. 
Deposit will be refunded if cancellation is made 30 days prior to 
arrival
Total Payment due 30 days prior to check-in
Smoking on Patio's Only
Will consider small quiet Pets($300 deposit)
