Mountainside Condo with Spectacular Views & Clubhouse in Frisco

This comfortable Mountainside condo is an end unit on the first
floor in Building B. The living area has a gas fireplace, gueen
size sleeper sofa and a loveseat, a TV with expanded cable and HBO,
a DVD/VCR player and a CD player. The corner deck faces south and
west, and has 4 chairs and a table. There is a breakfast bar with 4
barstools that divide the living area and the kitchen. The kitchen
is fully equipped, with all the necessary supplies for cooking meals
at home. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a TV. All linens,
including 400 count pima cotton sheets, are provided.
There is covered, reserved parking for one vehicle and plenty of
outdoor parking for other vehicles. Guests have free access to the
newly remodeled clubhouse that has an indoor pool, hot tub, sauna,
steam room, racquetball court and laundry room. Outside, there are
3 additional hot tubs and a tennis court.
Mountainside is a quiet complex that borders the National Forest and
the Tenmile Recreation Trail, and is approximately 5 blocks from
Main Street in Frisco. Frisco is a quaint, historic mining town
with great dining and shopping opportunities, and is centrally
located in the heart of Summit County. Summit County's major ski
resorts including Keystone, Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin & Copper
Mountain are only a few miles away. Summer visitors can enjoy
exceptional hiking, biking and water activities on Lake Dillon, and
for shoppers, the Silverthorne factory outlet stores are just a few
miles away.
