The home is located in Englewood Isles--The Premier Englewood Neighborhood--and has 3 bedrooms, a private heated pool and very private back yard--there is no house visible behind this one, just trees and shrubs.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed (plus a huge bath and walk-in closet) with private sliding doors out to the screened pool area.

The design is Florida split, meaning the master is at one end, the other two bedrooms are at the other. Bedroom number 2 has a queen bed and sliders to the pool, and bedroom number 3 has 2 twin beds and sliders to a secret garden.

All bedrooms have spacious closets and are furnished
with bureaus, nightstands, lamps and ceiling fans, clocks, waste
baskets and more. There is a pull out sofa in the living room for overflow guests.
The pool and lanai are fully screened and the house is heated and
air-conditioned throughout. There is a lanai space heater as well.

The home has a 2-car garage and is equipped with all amenities
including a washer and dryer. The landscape is mature plantings, great lawns and numerous palm trees on the property.

Located just 5 minutes from the beautiful Englewood beaches, and
nestled in a quiet residential area, this is a great spot for a
leisurely vacation.

Bring your boat, your golf clubs or your airplane
(there is a marina, a private airport plus world class golf, and Gulf beaches just
minutes away.)

Rentals by the month or longer only.  Sorry, No Smoking and no cats in the home, but you can bring your dog. There is a $200 non-refundable fee for the dog.
