Vacation Rental Description

Our recently remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 bath cabin is located at the  
North Shore of Lake Tahoe in beautiful Incline Village.  It sleeps 7  
comfortably and is located on the 11th fairway of the Incline  
Village Championship Golf Course.  The master has a king bed and a  
separate bathroom and is on the first floor.  The second bedroom has  
a queen and the third has 3 twin beds which are separated by a full  
bath upstairs.  It has new carpets, ceiling fans, window coverings, and doors. 
  
The cabin has a large deck overlooking the golf course, a gas  
barbeque, fireplace, 3 TVs, VCR, DVD player, video games, stereo,  
microwave, dishwasher, and washer dryer and a 2 car oversized  
garage.  It is minutes from shopping, hiking and biking trails, the  
Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa, the Championship golf course and pro  
shop, 2 Incline Village beaches, restaurants, the movie theatre,  
bowling alley and Recreation Center.  It is 5 minutes from Diamond  
Peak Ski Resort, and 20 minutes from Northstar and Mt. Rose.  It is  
30 minutes from Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. 
The Reno/Tahoe airport is less than 1 hour away. 
Linens and towels are provided. 
No smoking, no pets.

Activities and Attractions

Skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, and snow mobiling are  
all close by during the winter months.   
Water skiing, wake boarding, parasailing, kayaking, boating and  
sunbathing are minutes away at beautiful Lake Tahoe.  And hiking,  
biking, golf, bowling, and tennis are available in Incline Village.   
The Hyatt Lake Tahoe offers a first class spa, casino and night life  
year round.

Off Season $170/night minimum 2 nights 
Peak Season $225/night minimum 2 nights 
Cleaning fee is $125
