new granite countertops, and new large double walk-in tile shower 
and dual vanities in the master bath. Slate fireplace in the living room and 
elegant dining room. 1 King bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Full size Murphy 
bed.  Further enjoy breakfast or complimentary coffee outside on the 
deck bar-height table and chairs!

Oct-April: $750/wk, $150/night, 3 night minimum. 
                              
May-Sept.: $1000/wk, $200/night, 3 night minimum.

$100 Refundable Security Deposit; $100 Cleaning Fee. 
50% of All Rents & Fees to reserve; Balance due upon arrival. 
Cancellation Policy: up to 60 days before reservation - 100% Refund. 
30 days or less before reservation - 50% Refund.
