Within the cosy Holiday Island complex, only my unit  will give you that sort of
breathtaking view over Tampa Bay, nicely surrounded by a few mangroves just in front of your unit. Just take a minute to study the aerial view (photo #1) with the arrow pointing to the superb water front location of my property, with parts of the nearby white beaches to be seen in the background.

This water front unit is geared to perfectly let you indulge your
holidays, giving you all the tranquility you deserve during your
vacation. Enjoy the protected area right in front of your balcony,
often enough with dolphins and manatees playing in the bay just in front of
you. Also, famous Sunshine Skyway Bridge can be overlooked from the
unit.
This beautifully decorated unit has 2 bedrooms (one being master bedroom with
bath en suite, both bedrooms have queen beds), 2 baths. New leather furniture installed in living room, dining room has new dinner table set. Both rooms are decorated in an upscale style, very nice to spend holidays at !

Central air conditioning, cable TV, CD/DVD player, telephone (free
local calls and 1-800 numbers), new range, microwave, dishwasher, refridgerator
with icemaker, coffee maker, fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware
provided; linens and regular bath towels are provided. First floor location with private balcony - NO smoking inside, and sorry, NO pets.
Both bedrooms have been refurnished including new bedware - check out  photo !
In the complex: heated pool, shared hot tub, boat dock, observation
pier equipped with barbecue gas grill for individual parties, tennis courts,
kids' playground, clubhouse with wide screen TV, pool table, and gym.

Also available in the Clubhouse: a WiFi hotspot for all in need of a computer connection. For other needs: also in  the clubhouse a full range of washers and dryers are provided, both coin operated,  with secured access to that laundry room, for tenants ONLY.
My unit is only 30 mins away from both Tampa airport and Clearwater/St.
Petersburg airport. Various shopping malls including Ellenton outlet
mall are within driving distance. Culture hotspots like concert
halls, museums are conveniently located within a 30 mins car ride.
And the Tampa aquarium plus Tampa seaport (for your cruise break
away) are about the same.
Closer by: #1 rated best beach 2005 (North Beach) 5 mins, bikeable too, includes Fort DeSoto State Park. Additional top rated "Best Beaches" in driving distance further up North of St. Petersburg Beach, like Caladesi Island. Within comfortably easy reach are Sunken Gardens, St Petersburg beach and
St Petersburg down town area, including their huge stadium. Golfers -
attention: more than 30 golf courses to choose from !!!! The nearest
one being 1 mile off the complex !

For reservation a 30% of the rental fee payment is required,  the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, plus a security deposit of $ 500.
