Modern 3 bedroom home, 2 full baths, completely furnished, linens& towels, fully
equipped kitchen, air conditioning, washer/dryer, icemaker, water
softening system, cable, DVD, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave,
gas grill, and deck furniture.
Activities and Attractions
The best fishing and scuba diving in the country, great restaurants,
including the famous "Foxy's on the River", just a 5 minute walk,
boating, swimming, great shopping, boat tours to Boldt Castle, water
skiing, snowmobiling, Clayton Antique Boat Museum, and much more.
Vacation Rental Rates

June, July, August: $2000/wk
April, May, September, October: $1500/wk
November, December, January, February, March: Please call.
Check in Saturday @ 3:00 PM.
Check out Saturday @ 10:00 AM.
Rental Fee $2000/1500 due 30 days prior to arrival.
Deposit will be mailed back within 2 weeks after agreed departure
date, provided there is no damage or long distant phone calls made.
If any damage or other costs that exceed the deposit amount occur,
the renter agrees to pay 100% of said costs.
Rental fees are 50% refundable 30 days or more prior to arrival
date, and non refundable 29 days or less before arrival date.
