FOOSBALL TABLE. Often times called an "Escape from the In-Laws," it can be
reserved only by those renting the main house and is an additional $75 per night to cover cleaning
and utilities.

Also included on the property are a level grassed-in yard, a stone walking path around the main
house and several acres of mountain terrain with stone formations, an annual stream and many trails
to explore.

Located in a private, gated development off the Blue Ridge Parkway just 15 minutes north of downtown
Blowing Rock and 15 minutes east of downtown Boone, you will be close to the best in shopping and
dining as well as only 15 minutes from Tweetsie Railroad, 30 minutes to Grandfather Mountain, just
20 to 45 minutes to all 4 major ski resorts in the area, and close to all other High Country
attractions.

But of course, with 6,000 square feet of living space and all the luxurious features inside the
house, as well as the gorgeous natural features of the land and spectacular panoramic views of the
surrounding mountains, you may decide not to leave "A Balance with Nature".
