This quaint little vacation spot is located in the Alexander Towers on Ocean Drive 
between Hollywood Blvd and Hallendale Blvd., next to Westin Diplomat Resort. 
Assessible from two major airports and/or nearby major highways/interstates. 
This updated condo is your home away from home. It is quite spacious and furnished with 
everything required for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. We have included for your convenience 
towels and linens, beach accessories, and personal touches throughout. Upgrades include tile floors, 
crown moldings, a large walk in closet, and decorated in neutral and beach inspired colors.
The 4th floor balcony has a beautiful side ocean view.

Vacation Rental Amenities

As you enter the beautiful lobby of the Alexander Towers you will have noticed a complete staff 
ready and willing to assist you. Release the worries of such a chaotic world as you take comfort in 
24-hour front desk services, security, valet parking, and any assistance you should require and 
expect. Exclusive to the tenants there is a heated pool, jacuzzi, exercise room and barbecue area, 
as well as direct access to private beaches. Each floor provides washers and dryers for your use. 
The apartment comes complete with all furnishings and includes a stereo, 2 tv's with some dvd's and 
videos available, cable, and we also provide free local telephone use with long distance to Canada 
only, for $0.05/min should you need.

For the energetic; you are within walking distance to dining and boutiques along Ocean Drive. Or 
take a stroll down the beach to witness the newly renovated Hollywood Beach boardwalk with its many 
shops and charming eateries. Within driving distance you'll discover the pleasures of Aventura Mall, 
and join with the many who have discovered a local favorite - the Bal Harbour shopping experience. 
Not discounting other nearby attractions such as the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Gulf Stream 
Park Casino, and the world famous appeal of the South Beach experience, or simply enjoy a quiet 
evening together listening to the ocean gently caressing the shore in a rhythmic dance, complete 
with seaside aromas. It’s all hear waiting just for you!

Vacation Rental Rates

One Month lease: $2350.00 ($250 *refundable dep)
Three Months lease: $2000.00/mo ($500 *refundable dep)
Six months lease: $1750.00/mo  ($750 *refundable dep) 
One year lease: $1500.00/mo   ($1500 *refundable dep)
*Refundable deposit is contingent upon return of premises in rentable condition. 
Optional/seperate cleaning fee is available. 
This is a strictly non-smoking apartment.
Pets negotiable.
