Our lovely detatched home is in the peaceful community of Eagle
Pointe. Tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard,
the villa has a lakeside, southwest facing position and a large
private (heatable) screened pool, with a shallow kiddies pool
attached. Fully air-conditioned and well equipped, including games
room and high speed internet access.

Ideally situated, with Disney, Universal and other parks and
attractions only a few minutes away.

The accomodation comprises:

MASTER EN-SUITE BEDROOM - with American style king-size bed, remote
Cable TV, and pool view. The en suite bathroom has twin basins,
shower cubicle, bath, separate toilet and large walk-in closet.

BEDROOM 2 has a queen-size bed, remote Cable TV & closet

BEDROOM 3 has twin beds and closet

BEDROOM 4 has a bunk bed - double bed with single above, decorated
in a Disney theme, with ceiling fan and closet.

BATHROOM is located between bedrooms 2&3 and has a bath with shower,
basin and toilet.

LIVING AREA comprised a LOUNGE with 42" LCD HD Cable TV, DVD, VCR,
ceiling fan,
leather suite, hi-fi system, and patio doors leading to pool area.

FORMAL DINING AREA

BREAKFAST BAR

KITCHEN & UTILITY ROOM - with dining nook for informal dining,
Fridge/freezer/ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, built-in
microwave, oversized washer, dryer, ironing board, iron

GAMES ROOM/DOUBLE GARAGE - Pool table, Air hockey, table tennis/ping-
pong and darts are all provided for your enjoyment

Our villa has child safety alarms on all doors to the pool area.

We have a management company on call if needed.

Highway 192 with it's many shops, restaurants and activities is only
a few minutes drive away, including 2 large 24-hour Wal-Mart
superstores. For golf enthusiasts, there are at least 12 courses
within a 20 min drive. If you want to go further afield, the
fantastic beaches of the Gulf Coast are only 75 mins away, or a trip
to the Kennedy Space Centre takes about an hour.

And of course there's Mickey & friends. Only 12 to 20 minutes from
Disney World, Universal Studios etc.
