Vacation Rental Description

If you like to have grocery stores, gas stations and plenty of 
restaurants close by, this is the vacation home for you.  You will 
not be tucked away out in the middle of a remote area on the lake. 
Excellent location. Custom Built home in 2000, this 4300 square foot 
home probably has the best location on the lake.  Located half a 
mile from I-77 and exit 33 in Mooresville just across the cove from 
Vinnies Raw Bar. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, ABC 
store, Gas stations etc.
This home features Anderson Windows from Floor to Ceiling, 
pewter fixtures thruout, Home office, Granite Countertops, Stainless 
appliances, two kitchens - one on main level and the other on the 
lower level complete with stoves, microwaves, frig's, two sets of 
washers and dryers etc. 3.5 baths which include tile showers and 
jacuzzi tubs, two master bedrooms on top level.(One king Suite, One 
queen suite) One bonus room with two sets of full size beds, sofa,TV and 
DVD player.
Lower level also has two bedrooms with queen size beds and One 
sleeper sofa.  There is a room off the main level with a weight machine, treadmill, eliptical 
machine and recumbrant bike.  
Two outside Grills for your enjoyment.  Double decker dock with boat lift, gazebo and jet ski 
ramps.  Hot tub located just outside lower level doors.Dog kennel off side of house in addition 
to the fenced in yard.

Vacation Rental Rates

Summer Rates: MAY 15TH - SEPTEMBER 
Only 3 weeks remaining open during the summer. May 31st - June 7th. The first 2 weeks of August are 
reserved for a repeat client with a son in Iraq.  One week will be available with a 30 day notice if 
you are flexible with visiting within one of the 2 weeks.


Entire House Only: $3200 PER WEEK.
$200 Cleaning fee
$100 non refundable pet deposit

receptions.  This is a family vacation home and the maximum occupancy is 
listed.)
