decorative wood-work and a fireplace flanked by built-in bookcases 
with an adjacent window seat.  The home also contains a dinning 
room,living room, den, large kitchen, detached garage, patios, brick 
fireplace and a second story offering Catalina views.

A short walk to the beach or town.The Harris House is the 
perfect private beach getaway.  

The Harris House recently underwent a complete 3 year renovation 
restoring the old structure but keeping all of its old charm and 
romance. It is one of the few homes in Laguna Beach to boast an 
exceptional historical "E" rating and is now available as one of the 
finest vacation homes in Laguna Beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

Available NOW for September through December 2008! 

$7,500 month  or $2,500 per week

Contact us for availability or reservations.
50% deposit required with reservation, balance due 30 days prior to 
arrival.

A $150 cleaning deposit required.

30 day cancellation policy.

No Smoking / Pets considered (additional deposit may be required).
