the gulf! We are less than one short block to the beach!

smaller, less expensive accommodation.

This Kept-Like-New, spacious, three-story Beach house features
four-plus bedrooms, three baths with a loft/sunroom on the third floor
with Gulf Views and Hear The Waves!

Private parking is just outside the front door, which will accommodate
two vehicles. ALL this and you are literally footsteps from the powder
like sand and crystal clear waters of the Emerald Coast!

Floor Plan is as follows:
First floor has a family room with leather sleeper sofa, dining room,
kitchen, laundry, and guest suite with queen-size bed with full bath.

Second floor
Master bedroom features king-size bedroom suite with private balcony,
full bath, separate garden tub, glass shower, walk-in closet. Third
and fourth bedrooms each include comfortable queen-size beds.
Third floor has loft, with queen sleeper sofa and private balcony. -
and beautiful view of the gulf.

We are located just footsteps from beach access on the desirable west
end of the beach in Laguna Beach. This is the quieter side of Panama
City Beach, with friendly restaurants and beautifully empty beaches!
Come enjoy the serene ocean breezes, the soothing sound of surf, the
sparkling emerald waters, and the beautiful sunsets the incredible
Gulf of Mexico has to offer!
