Beautiful 2 br/2ba oceanfront condo in Vero Beach. Great location, directly across from the
boardwalk at Conn Beach and an easy walk to shops and restaurants. All new interior, with a fully
stocked updated kitchen, plenty of beach towels, new sheets and bath accessories, and a cheerful and
welcoming decor.

Complex includes a heated swimming pool, tennis courts, covered parking, an exercise room
and a clubhouse with frequent social activities. Washer/drier is in the unit as are maps, menus,
local magazines and even a fresh jug of Indian River orange juice to welcome you on your arrival!

Vero Beach has much to offer for such a small town. Our community has an active arts and cultural
center that attracts top performing artists, regional theater groups and local talent. The
Riverside complex also contains a lovely art museum on the edge of a large park that sponsors art
shows, car shows and other seasonal festivities. We are located an hour and a half from Cape
Canaveral and 2 hours from Walt Disney World. In fact, Disney owns a beautiful beach resort about
10 minutes drive to the north. The Racquet Club is on a barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean
and the Indian River so it is ideal for the fishing enthusiast. Charter fishing excursions are
easily booked through local resources. Vero also offers plenty of high quality dining, shopping
(both on the beach and in our outlet mall) and parks; and is home to minor league baseball.
However, with all these activities, Vero is safely away from the hustle and bustle of South
Florida. It is a quiet community, with very little congestion and friendly, small town people. We
welcome you to come stay in our beach home and hope you enjoy the beauty and quiet of our community.

Our association requires a one-month minimum rental period.
Rates vary by the season:
- Winter Season: $3,900/month. If you rent for 2 consecutive months in the winter season, rates
will drop to $3,700/month; for 3 consecutive months, $3,500/month.
- The Off-Season rent is $3,000/month.
- Annual rent is $2,800/month.
All amounts include rent, covered parking, and access to all Racquet Club facilities. Security
deposit of $1,000 will be due 30 days prior to lease signing.
Full rental payment, plus 11% Florida and local tax, is due 30 days prior to occupancy (except for
an annual lease).
Please note that all tenant applications must be submitted to the condo association at least 30 days
prior to occupancy, so please apply early.
