You will be issued a dated pass upon entering the Guard Shack.
Watch dolphin, jumping fish and manatee while you dine on the Lanai
overlooking the lovely lagoon below. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets in
the evening.

This second floor unit is fully tiled and decorated with the colors
of the sea and sunset. The complete Kitchen has new appliances and an
eat-at bar that seats five. The Living Room has luxurious sea foam
green leather seating, dolphin-designed lighting and a beautiful
white wall unit that houses the TV, and DVD.

The peach colored Master Bedroom Suite is filled with beautiful linens
on the King Bed. There is plenty of closet and drawer space. A second
TV and VCR are here for your convenience. The Master Bath has double
sinks, linen closet, additional storage space, bath and shower and
full mirrored closet.

The Second Bedroom is done in ocean aqua with a Queen Bed, spacious
closet, dresser, and end tables. This TV, as the other two, is set for basic cable. The Second Bathroom has a
fish motif.

The Den is the color of pink sunsets. Here you will find a Queen Size
pullout sofa, a desk and armoire. Pocket doors close for privacy.
There are four Ceiling Fans and plenty of lighting in the entire unit.

A large Washer and Dryer are hidden discretely behind a folding door.

Bring your tennis rackets and your swim suits. Modern courts are on
the premises. The pool is heated and always exceptionally clean. The
double decks are equipped with lounge chairs and tables. The Gulf is
within a few feet of the pool. There is a long nature trail for walking and a
private beach with BBQs and picnic tables. You may use my underground
parking space.

Golfing, Shopping, Water Sports, Disney, Sea World, Dinner Theater and more nearby.

6 months or more - $1,500/mo (contact me for payment terms)

Electric: additional $100/mo

Cleaning Fee: additional one time fee of $100

Insurance Fee: $69 (no security deposit required with this insurance)

Occupancy is from the first to the last day of each month unless contracted differently. Weekly rentals  - contact the owner for rates.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to hold the reservation. Deposit will be applied to the balance of the rental.

Full payment (minus the deposit), including a $69 non-refundable insurance fee, a $100 non-refundable cleaning fee, and $100 monthly electric fee is payable 30 days prior to occupancy. No refund if occupancy is not taken, unless I find a renter for your time period.
