lifestyle. 

This lovely home has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, a living room with fireplace, and a large kitchen/dining 
room combo, all situated on a nice piece of property close to town and bay beaches with ample off 
street parking. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood and lushly landscaped with plants and flowers. Toys, 
games, and videos provided for children and adults alike.

Convenient location on Chequessett Neck Road - Walk to Town, Harbor/Pier and watch the local 
fisherman arrive with their daily catch, launch your boat, or go deep-sea fishing. Wellfleet is well 
known for its fabulous beaches (five ocean and three bay) as well as its many fresh water ponds. For 
everyone's enjoyment there are galleries, shops, playgrounds, activities (too numerous to mention), 
and local live theatre. Additionally during the months of September & October watch the foliage turn 
an array of colors while attending many local fall festivals such as Wellfleet's Oysterfest. 

Just 15 miles away from whale watching, lively entertainment, and shopping in Provincetown. Take one 
of the nearby ferries to Boston, Martha's Vineyard, or Nantucket. 

Rates from June 14th to September 6th is $1250. per week ~ From April 15th to June 27th is $950.
