Vacation Rental Description

If you are looking for all the luxuries of your own home for a winter or summer escape, this could  
be the place for you!  Either during the winter or summer months relax and rejuvenate in beautiful  
Coronado. 
 
We are interested in helping military families too. 
 
Our home is decorated and outfitted as a second home with all the  
top of the line appointments and furniture: think Architectural  
Digest meets Restoration Hardware.   The three patios lend  
themselves to plenty of outdoor entertaining.  The downstairs  
bedroom has twin beds and just across the hall is a bathroom that is  
handicap equipped.  The second bedroom upstairs has a queen bed and  
the master has a king bed.  All mattresses are new and upgraded, and  
the king bed is a top of the line pillow top.  The second bathroom  
is next to the bedroom, with the master bedroom’s bath is en suite  
with a large walk-in closet.  The master bedroom has new garden  
doors that open up to its own balcony where you can enjoy your  
morning coffee and take in the beautiful bay and downtown San Diego  
skyline views and be entertained by all the ongong nautical parade.   
The nighttime skyline is breathtaking too! 
 
The living, dining and kitchen feature upscale beach décor where you  
can stay cozy around a brick gas fireplace in the living room.   
There are wood floors throughout, bead board walls in the kitchen  
with glass cabinets and top of the line G.E. Profile refrigerator,  
oven, microwave and four burner gas cook top.  There is a two car  
garage with a washer/dryer. 
 
Our home is located at Coronado Village which is a special community  
of 23 townhomes located on the bay side of Coronado.  The homeowners  
are long time residents of this charming community and are as  
special as the homes.  In 2006-2007, the complex was completely  
remodeled with new exterior siding, windows, doors and upstairs  
patio surfaces.  This beautiful property boasts a community center,  
pool and spa, barbeques, and guest parking.  
  
Coronado Village is located on First Street near all the new condo  
developments that boast upward of multi - million dollar homes,  
Boney’s Bayside Market, gourmet restaurants, weekly farmer’s market,  
fabulous shops and the Ferry Landing which are all within a five  
minute or less walking distance.   You can take the Ferry or a water  
taxi a few steps from our home to the San Diego Convention Center,  
Petco Park, Seacoast Village, and other locations such as Horton  
Village, and fine dining, downtown offices, and the Gaslamp  
Distrtict.   This means of transportation requires no driving or  
parking! And the San Diego airport is only nine miles away.   
The famous Hotel Del Coronado is less than two miles from the bay to  
the south, an easy walking, biking or trolley distance.   The beach  
is also located approximately two miles from the bay as is the  
historic center of downtown Coronado.  The Coronado Municipal Golf  
Course is open to the public all year round. 
 
This three bedroom, three bath home is fully stocked with linens,  
towels, china, glassware, beach chairs, beachcomber bikes, internet  
access, two cable TV’s, DVD player, games, cards, books and all the  
niceties for family and entertaining enjoyment.  What we do not have  
the city of Coronado does-- walking tours, beautiful new library and  
a great neighborhood feel of a bygone era of serenity and elegance.
