Vacation Rental Description

With 1100 square feet of living space, plus two lanais, the Emerald 
Suite is one of the best opportunities for travelers to the Garden 
Isle.  

It's a first floor unit and easily accessible from the nearby 
parking area.  The Emerald Suite is furnished with beautiful, custom-
made 

bamboo furniture, is fully carpeted, and enhanced with Hawaiian and 
Polynesian decorations and wall art.  The master bedroom has a king
-sized bed and the second bedroom has two queen-sized beds.  All of 
the beds are extremely comfortable and even sport grass skirts! Both 
bedrooms have private lanai entrances.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils you are likely 
to need.  There is a large, new laundry center.  The main living 
room has a 32" LCD television set, a stereo, and both DVD and 
VCR video players.  Each bedroom also has a television set, VCR, and 
stereo. WE NOW OFFER FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET and FREE UNLIMITED LONG-DISTANCE CALLING.

The second bedroom has a microwave oven, cube refrigerator, and 
coffee maker.   Both bedrooms and the living room have ceiling fans 
and jalousies are available in all rooms to take advantage of 
Hawaii's famous trade winds.

The main lanai faces the world-famous "Makai" golf course right 
across the street.  That means you have a clear view of mountains 
and waterfalls.  The Emerald Suite @ Sandpiper Village is located in 
the beautiful and luxurious resort community of Princeville and is 
minutes away from the world's most beautiful beaches, shopping, and 
restaurants.

The Emerald Suite @ Sandpiper Village is that rare find:  luxury 
accommodations for the budget-minded traveler.  Our rates depend on 
whether you prefer the 1 bedroom "Princess" Suite, the 2 bedroom "Prince" Suite, or the "Menehune" studio.  
We require a five night minimum stay.

Prince:  $99/night, $693/week, $2499/month.
Princess:  $85/night, $595/week, $2049/month.
Menehune:  $75/night, $399/week, $1499/month.

The combined taxes on the rent come to 11.4166% (General Excise and 
Transient Accommodation) and the cleaning fees are as follows:

Prince:  $150.
Princess:  $100.
Menehune:  $75.

This is for both in-clean and out-clean.
