Renovated Summer of 2010!
Relax in your cozy getaway on a nice deep water canal with private boat dock just steps from your back porch. The master bedroom has both a queen and a twin bed. In the living room, there is also a very comfortable queen sized, bed height, self inflating mattress with linens provided. There are two televisions with DVD/VCR with each. The bathroom has the best shower in Crystal River and quality towels are included! The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized appliances and everything you need to cook your catch of the day! The large back porch is enclosed with comfortable furniture, a table and chairs, and ceiling fans to give you a great spot to watch the manatees, eat a meal, or play a game. There is free wireless internet and you have private parking right at your front door. There is also a washer and dryer on site.
The pictures are old...We just painted, tiled and recarpeted the entire condo! Also, added some new furniture. It looks fabulous!
The canal leads to beautiful 3 Sister Springs and there are
two marinas on your way out to the Gulf of Mexico, which is just minutes away.
Crystal River has great fishing, kayaking, scuba/snorkeling and many other
water activities. You are within walking distance of a restaurant, dive shop,
outside sunset bar, a national park and just 3 blocks from the closest grocery
store. Crystal River has many nice restaurants, little shops, golf courses, a
bike trail, a bowling alley, as well as a mall and an 8-plex movie theater and
so much more.
Orlando and Tampa are each about an hour's drive away.
