condominium complex was built
in 2005.
This condo is in Cape Canaveral, the city that borders Cocoa Beach
The unit is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath that will accomodate adults
and children. Awaken to the sound of waves breaking the shoreline,
and enjoy the sunrise from your large, private balcony facing the
ocean. Private beach access is just several feet from this unit and
you may use the onsite tennis court, gym (need to be notified of
intent to use, so can provide keys)
and swimming pool during
your stay. The Master Bedroom is large and roomy with a large
master bath, that boasts a jacuzzi garden tub and shower. It also
has his and her airconditioned walk-in closets and custom wood
cabinetry. The kitchen is open and overlooks the living room,
balcony, and ocean.

The condo in itself was fine but you have to share a balcony with the condo next door which we were not informed of and the beds were awful. We had to go and buy a air mattress because the bed upstairs was so hard you couldnt sleep on it. The other bed upstairs was so bad as well they slept on the pull out couch which was more comfortable. It was nice that we were right there on the beach. If the beds were comfortable we would rent again but who is to say that they would get new beds.

This property was very hard for us to locate. The property front name was different than the description. GPS doesn't pick up the property address so you need get more detailed instructions to find the place. However, the rental company came out and met us and led us to the condo.
The property was poorly maintained. Alot of the blinds were missing, I felt like I was sleeping out in the parking lot. We had to shut the outside blinds up so you couldnt see in at night. All rooms had blinds falling apart or off the windows. The dishwasher wasn't bolted to the cabinet, everytime you put something in it, the whole dishwasher came out of it's shell. The grout in the bathroom was either very dirty, or missing the grout it was black in many spots. The towels in the bathrooms were very warn, my car wash towels look better than these towels. I don't think the doorwalls or windows have been washed in years??? The advertisement says a one car garage, however when you get there the garage is filled with a bunch of dirty, junky beach items, etc, complete with a grill that didn't work. So, my SUV had to sit outside in the parking lot the whole time.( it's not use to that) I suggest the owners of this place take a few hours to put the TLC back into this condo, it has great potential, it's only 5 years old, you would never know that though.
