This unit overlooks the 10th fairway and is a short walk to the 
Sunrise Clubhouse, fitness center, golf and tennis. A pool and spa 
are just steps from your front door. Large patio with all 
furniture,pass through window from the kitchen and a BBQ for sunset
dinners.
The master bedroom has a King bed and the two additional bedrooms 
have a queen and full bed. Fully equiped kitchen, 2 televisions, 
cable, DVD and CD player. Washer/dryer.
Sunrise Country Club is a private, gate-guarded community located 
between Bob Hope and Country Club Dr in Rancho Mirage.

Vacation Rental Amenities

22 swiming pools, 13 tennis courts, and an 18 hole executive golf 
course. It is short walk  to the 'River', El Paseo Drive, 
restaurants 
and theatres. Eisenhower Medical Center is around the corner.

Activities and Attractions

Golf, tennis, fitness, biking, walking ,swimming and sunning. The 
casinos are very close as well as the Living Desert for that long 
hike in the beautiful desert sun.

paid in full with US dollars two weeks before access to property.
