Located just 5 minutes from the town of Parker and the Bluewater Casino. This wonderful 2 bdrm condo  
is located on a quieter, less busy portion of the Colorado river in Big River, Ca. Choose a peaceful  
River float or tear up the water with Wakeboarding and skiing. If you wish, enjoy the more social  
party atmosphere of the Roadrunner Bar and nightclub just a short drive into town. For the Sand  
seekers there are many trails to choose from right at your back door. Great Fishing right from the  
floating docks in the community. 2nd Bedroom has 2 queen sized beds.

Apr - Oct...$150/nt Sun-Thurs 175.00/nt Fri & Sat (2 night minimum)...$1000/week  
             
Holiday.....$200/night (2 night minimum)...$1200/week (Holiday) 
 
Nov - Mar....$1200/month 
 
There will be a $500 Deposit made by CashiersCheck/Credit Card,  
where you will get back $440 1 week after departure. We charge a one  
time $60 non-refundable cleaning deposit. 
 
CANCELLATIONS –Notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than fourteen  
(14) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a  
shortened stay, that are made within seven (7) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance  
payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund  
of rent or deposit.  
 
Renters agree to adhere to Turtleback Association Rules & Regulations during  
their stay in the community. 
 
Absolutely no fireworks allowed in Turtleback.
