Serenity by the Sea in Oxnard

Location, location, location! Just 30 steps from the sand, this two story 1,400 sq.ft.
town-home has a view of the ocean from the front bedroom and balcony.
Walk across the street to the beach and you may see dolphins swimming, or surfers
enjoying a spectacular set of waves on the Pacific Coast. Luxury blends with casual
seaside living at the "Serenity by the Sea" House. It's located halfway between Mandalay
Bay and the Ventura Harbor, close to Santa Barbara, at Mandalay Shores, in Oxnard,
California.
The downstairs has a shabby chic, meets the ocean, living room with
an attached dining room and a gas fireplace. The open, newly renovated kitchen boasts a
pass through bar with additional seating. It has a full kitchen to cook up your
favorite meal, or barbeque outside on the rear patio. Dine alfresco in the outdoor dining
area with a cozy fire pit. The convertible den can be used to relax in. Sit in an over stuffed
chair reading your favorite novel or use it as an office with desk. We've provided you
with a queen sized air mattress (on a mattress stand) for 2 more guests to sleep in the
den. There's a 1/2 bath and laundry on the first floor, too.
The upstairs includes a large master bedroom with a queen sized bed
and a upgraded master bath with glass tiles, a roman soaking tub with shower, and a
walk-in closet. Walk out to a spacious deck and enjoy views of the sand and beach
neighborhood in the lounge chairs provided. The second bedroom has a view of the ocean
from the window over the beds and also from its walk out deck. It has two twin beds that you can
fall asleep on listening to the sounds of the crashing ocean waves nearby.
This dream getaway sits on a unique property that has a large front
enclosed grass area perfect for children to safely play. It also has lots of natural
light in almost all of the rooms as it is the end unit, closest to the beach.

POLICIES: We will welcome you to our home when you check-in. Each
family or group will be met by the owner at the beginning of your stay to personally
familiarize you with this unique home and it's amenities. We will also provide you with
a "Serenity Activities Binder" which will list local favorite restaurants, attractions and maps.
35% Booking deposit to hold with the balance of the rental due 30 days prior to arrival
date.
A $500 refundable deposit will be due with balance of rental payment,
30 days prior to arrival. This deposit will be refunded, less a $100 one time cleaning
fee, at the end of your stay provided nothing is broken, missing, or damaged.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel, do so prior to the 30 day balance due, so the
house can be rerented. If the townhouse is rerented, you will recieve a full refund on your
reservation fee, otherwise your reservation fee will be forfeited. If you must cancel less
than 30 days prior to your arrival, once you've let us know, we will make every effort to
rerent the townhouse so we can offer you a full refund.
Check in is Sunday at 3:00 p.m.
Check out is Saturday 11:00 a.m.
No smoking and no pets please.
